Teach our Teens (TOT) is a company curated by Canadian teen activists hoping to spark change in intermediate and high school classrooms; the team serves to create resources for teachers based on social issues they feel should be better represented in schools.

18-year-old arts student Siobhan Kelly came up with the idea for Teach our Teens whilst completing a grade 12 leadership assignment that asked her to pitch an idea that would challenge Canada’s current education system. After writing a basic pitch and submitting it to D2L, Siobhan decided to turn her idea into a reality.

Teach our Teens had its first lesson drop in September of 2021, and hopes to continue publishing resources every couple of months. TOT has recently created an executive board comprised of 10 volunteers. Check out the "Our Team" page to learn more!
The company creates new and exciting resources for teacher use (presentations, worksheets, assignments, units, interactive classroom games, activities, escape rooms, and more).
These teaching materials include corresponding curriculum points and notes in the margins to support teachers while presenting. Teach our Teens works to deliver new lessons in scheduled “lesson drops,” which usually occur twice a year.
Many lessons can be accessed for free on the company’s website, and others can be purchased in themed “lesson bundles.”
